Curry and Darren Sutton are such a fun couple and I had the honor of assisting them on their big day in September of 2016. Curry was the ultimate DIY Bride, and created an amazing night for their guests. Their personalities and interests were woven into nearly all the details on their wedding day.
They were married on the patio at The Villa at Gruene surrounded by an intimate group of family and friends, and their pups.
They chose succulents and dried flowers for their wedding flowers, including Curry’s beautiful bouquet by Bohemian Bouquets. For their reception each table had a lovely succulent wreath with a vase of flowers set in the middle of the wreath. Gold votive candles and table settings insured the tables sparkled during their reception.
My favorite detail of the day was the custom cake topper make by Curry. Darren is a huge fan of dinosaurs and each one is holding a tiny copy of their favorite books, Pride and Prejudice and The Old Man and the Sea. Aren’t they fabulous?!?
Curry has an amazing eye for detail, which was apparent through all of the thoughtfulness in her preparations.
Thank you, Curry and Darren, for trusting me with coordinating the day-of details for your wedding!
